A tree named Trad!

Trad is not only a storage system, Trad is a shelter, a personal space where children carry out their fantasies and games. A place that allows them to feel safe, to learn and to imagine. That enchanted wood where one can dream of heroes and princesses, witches and dragons... and live a thousand and one adventures.

The tree, as an icon for wisdom, shelter and playground, symbol of life and growth. Approach to an increasingly absent nature, as a comeback to traditional games, towards imagination development, with no artifices, as a basis for the growth of the child's personal world. Designed by Josue Gamonal and Vicente Porres from Madrid, Spain.

Fada Moranga loves Tree-Nation!

Tree-Nation is an ecological project with a focused objective: To plant 8 million trees in Niger, Africa to fight desertification! Large-scale plantation of trees will increase the land's productivity and re-generate the soil. By planting your tree, you are not only investing in your own future, but also the future of others.

Supported by the United Nations Environment Programme, Tree-nation is an online community in which you can buy your own tree and become the guardian of a real and happy tree that will be planted in their park in Niger.

Each tree that is planted in Niger is also planted on Nation-Tree virtual map, which you can access directly through the site. Come watch how your happy tree grows big and strong! Tree-Nation wants to show that fighting desertification is not only a good initiative that will reduce the effects of climate change, not to mention improve the lives of thousands of people, but that it can also be rewarding and fun!

Learning the Chakras!

Chakras are our energy centers. A Chakra is like a spiral of energy, each one relating to the others. Chakra (pronounced sha-kra) is the Sanskrit word for ' wheel '.

If you can imagine the main chakras / energy centres as a set of cogs/wheels, they are rather like the workings of a clock or an engine; each cog /wheel needs to move smoothly and at a similar speed for the clock / engine to work properly.

Thus good health and well being is achieved by a balance of all these energies (or the smooth running of the cogs/wheels). Click here and here to learn more about the chakras.

Chakra Energy Yoga Game
Energize all seven chakra centers with yoga poses.
Learn the name, location, color, and symbol of each chakra and how it relates to you in your life.

Care for one another.
Always try to help,
Share what you have with others.

Be kind to everyone.
Helping others is lots of fun!

Everyone has dreams that you could help come true,
Helping them will make you happy too.

Whatever you do,
Because if you help others,
They'll help you!

Celebrating the world of Teletubbies!

The Teletubbies have been around since 1997! They live in a magical world where they have everything they need. They love each other very much and love to share Big Hugs.

Teletubbies love their house (it is called the tubbytronic superdome, but Teletubbies can't say that). The Teletubbies' house is full of tubbytronic technology making all kinds of funny technological noises. The Teletubbies are "at home" with all the tubbytronic technology in their house and operate it with a joy and confidence.

Just as real children relate to other children the Teletubbies love to watch children playing and their television tummies are a gateway between the two worlds.
